How will my Information be used?       

We respect your privacy!      
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!  
Any information you provide will be held with the up most care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail us.

 

How will my order be sent out?

 

Everything we ship out to the UK is sent Royal mail -signed for delivery. We have found this to be the safest way to get your items to you, as it is traceable. Costs are dependent on items purchased, the heavier or bulkier the item/s the higher the postage cost. This is worked out on a weight system. First class signed for starts at £1.70 & next day delivery starts at £5.50.


ROTW we ship out via air mail/ air sure. Air mail is not traceable. If you would like it tracked please select the more expensive option when checking out, this is international signed for! Standard air mail starts at £1.80.    
             

 

Why won't my card payment go through?

Please ensure that your billing address and delivery address are correct.  If your bank account is registered to a different address than where you would like your items to be delivered and separate addresses are not put in when you place your order this can cause your bank to refuse the payment.  If there are any problems please call us on 0121 605 2955 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday


I live overseas, do you send abroad? 

Yes we do, please make sure you select the correct shipping when you check out!



When will I know my order is dispatched to me?     

We will send you emails updating you on your order status, i.e despatch (completed).



Is there a shop I can visit?   
  

At present we are online only. We do various tattoo conventions, Car & Rockin' shows across the UK. Check out our diary for to see if we'll be visiting a town near you!?

We are also stocked at some fabulous boutiques & tattoo studios across the world, for more information just email us!      

What are your Refund/exchanges policies?

As we want to you fall in love with your hand crafted Jewels, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you come across any problems with your order. We don’t bite! Promise!

At present we do not give a no quibble refunds, i.e. if you change your mind. If of course the item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced, a refund or credit note will be given. However this will require the items to be returned to Bow & Crossbones for inspection. If you wish to do this YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST.

In respect of clothing returns – if the item does not fit we can exchange for a better size or refund providing the item is returned in a resalable condition i.e. not damaged or washed.  Refunds do not include postage and you will need to pay for postage return.

We do accept exchanges on all items (accept custom pieces) within 14days of purchase.

All items must be returned in the same condition received. Failure to contact us before sending an item back may result in a potential claim not being processed. Return shipping charges are the full responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty.) And Posted back the same way sent to you, to avoid things going missing.

Custom orders, due to the nature of the item being designed for a specific person/order, all sales are final & deposit are non refundable.

For hygiene purposes, we will NOT exchange or refund earrings or hair clips.

How Do i care for my Jewellery

All of our jewellery is costume jewellery, unfortunately it is not designed to last a lifetime, but if you follow these simple steps you'll get the most out of your purchase.

  • Allow make-up and perfumes to dry before putting your jewellery on as it may cause it to discolour.
  • Keep it dry
  • Keep your purchases away from small children in case of small parts.    

Do you do wholesale?

Yes we do, Although not all of our items are available at wholesale price.
