Delivery & Returns
Please add you choice of products to the cart, then Add your Post/zip Code to shipping box & tadaaaa! The website will generate your shipping rates for your local! Costs are dependent on items purchased, the heavier or bulkier the item/s the higher the postage cost. This is worked out on a weight system.
ROTW: We use Royal Mail for the majority of our International Orders, as it ensures better pricing for our overseas customers. When we Dispatch your order, you will receive an automated email - (check spam folders) you can be provided with a full tracking information for your order in this email.
Late or Delayed Items
If you have ordered from Bow & Crossbones, and have not received your order or an email from us, (please check you junk box) within 1 mnth of your order date, (all countries) please email us letting us know you have not received anything. If you do not contact us within this period, we may not be able to help you find the order.
Any items shipped overseas and incurring any customs charges due to the price or nature of product will be payable by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
As we want to you fall in love with your hand crafted jewels, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you come across any problems with your order. We don’t bite! Promise!
At present we do not give a no quibble refund on all items, i.e. if you change your mind/remorse return. But we are happy to exchange / credit items except earrings. Items that are sent with a hygiene or security seal, such as earrings, cannot be returned - if the seal has been broken by the consumer. If seeking to return earrings please ensure the seal is intact before contacting us to arrange return. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your items.
If, of course, an item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced, a refund or credit note will be issued. However YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST!! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Any emails between you and Bow & Crossbones regarding returns must be arranged and confirmed within 14 days of original email.
In respect of sizing returns – if the item does not fit we can exchange for a better size or refund providing the item is returned in a resalable condition i.e. not damaged and still in its original packaging.
All items must be returned in the same condition received. Failure to contact us before sending an item back may result in a potential claim not being processed.
As a small business, we don't offer free postage on refund returns or exchanges (unless the product is found to be faulty.) Return shipping charges are the full responsibility of the customer.
Want to exchange?
- Email our office on email@example.com with your order number and your query. We'll make sure you have all the correct details.
- Return the item using a Signed For delivery method to ensure safety.
- Once the item is returned to our office - we'll be in contact to arrange postage (including your payment of charges) for the new item.
For hygiene purposes, we will NOT exchange or refund earrings or hair clips.
