Everything we ship out to the UK is sent signed for delivery, Or via Courier. We have found this to be the safest way to get your items to you, as it is traceable. Costs are dependent on items purchased, the heavier or bulkier the item/s the higher the postage cost. This is worked out on a weight system.
ROTW we ship out via air mail/ air sure. Air mail is not traceable. If you would like it tracked please select the more expensive option when checking out, this is international signed for!
Late or Delayed Items
If you have ordered from Bow & Crossbones, and have not received your order or an email from us, (please check you junk box) within 1 mnth of your order date, ( all countries) please email us letting us know you have not received anything. If you do not contact us within this period, We may not be able to help you find the order.
Any items shipped overseas and incurring any customs charges due to the price or nature of product will be payable by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
As we want to you fall in love with your hand crafted Jewels, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you come across any problems with your order. We don’t bite! Promise!
At present we do not give a no quibble refunds, i.e. if you change your mind. But we are happy to exchange / Credit Items except earrings.
If of course the item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced, a refund or credit note will be Issued. However YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST!! :)
Any emails between you and Bow & Crossbones regarding returns must be arranged and confirmed within 30days of original email.
In respect of clothing returns – if the item does not fit we can exchange for a better size or refund providing the item is returned in a resalable condition i.e. not damaged or washed. Refunds do not include postage and you will need to pay for postage return, ( this includes all products you wish to exchange).
We do accept exchanges on all items accept custom pieces within 14days of purchase.
All items must be returned in the same condition received. Failure to contact us before sending an item back may result in a potential claim not being processed. Return shipping charges are the full responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty.)
Custom orders, due to the nature of the item being designed for a specific person/order, all sales are final & deposit are non refundable.
For hygiene purposes, we will NOT exchange or refund earrings or hair clips.
